Will you be posting set times in advance?
Yes. Set times will be posted here a couple days before the festival and also be on the festival guide that is passed out upon entrance. We will send an email to everyone who signed up for Insomniac email updates once the schedule is posted, so be sure to sign up. (LINE UP SUBJECT TO CHANGE).
Can I enter, leave and re-enter EDC?
Once you leave the site, there is no re-entry.
What are acceptable forms of ID to purchase alcohol?
Acceptable forms of identification include a current state issued drivers licence or ID card, military ID or a valid passport.
I'm a photographer. Who do I arrange a photo pass through?

Are you hiring people to work or volunteer at the event?
Not at this time. If anything opens up we'll post it here on our website.
Can I pass out flyers at the festival?
Only at the close of the show each night outside the gates.
Will there be ATM machines?
Yes, both inside and outside the venue grounds plus clearly marked on the festival guide.
Will there be a festival map available ahead of time so I can see stage locations, food courts, bathroom areas etc?
Yes. It will also be on the festival guide being passed out upon entrance.
What's the deal with parking?
There will be plenty of parking adjacent to the festival grounds. There is no overnight parking allowed.
Can I sleep in my car in the parking lot?
Sorry no overnight parking is allowed. Sleeping in cars in parking lots is not permitted for anyone.
Will there be tickets sold at the event?
If the festival doesn't sell out in advance, then tickets will be available at the box office at a higher price on the show dates.
I want to buy a VIP Cabana package but some of the people in my group are under 21. What should we do?
The cabanas include bottle service and have access to a hosted bar. Due venue restrictions all patrons in this area must be 21+. If people in your party are not 21, they will be able to enter the event but will not be allowed access to the VIP area or the cabana.
If I bought a two-day ticket online that I am supposed to pick up at Will Call, can I pick up both tickets on Friday?
Yes, if you ordered your tickets online there will be two separate tickets, one for Friday night and one for Saturday. They will both be available for you to pick up on Friday for your convenience.
Will the two-day general admission tickets be a wristband, a lanyard or tickets? What about for VIP tickets?
The two-day general admission ticket will consist of two separate tickets, one for each day. The two-day VIP ticket will also consist of two tickets, but upon entry you will be presented with a wristband that will facilitate access to the VIP area. The VIP wristband will be different on each day.
I bought my ticket online and am concerned about waiting in line for Will Call. Is it going to be a long wait?
Our Will Call process is very efficient, you should have no problem picking up your tickets in a timely fashion.
What if I accidentally bought VIP tickets and I'm not 21 or older?
The VIP ticket is still valid and allows entry to the event through the VIP entrance. In addition, a laminate necklace is included that has lineup information and set times. Attendees who are under 21 with VIP tickets will not be allowed access to the VIP area where a hosted alcohol bar is located.
Are ticket prices going to increase from where they are now?
Yes, they will go up in price level as alloted ticket amounts are sold.
If I buy from an authorized retail location, will I get a physical ticket that will gain me admittance?
Yes. Retail locations sell hard tickets.
Are you selling two-day tickets at retail outlets?
Yes, retail outlets are selling two day tickets. These tickets are sold as two separate tickets, one for Friday and one for Saturday.
